These terms do not in any way diminish your statutory rights as a consumer.
Contract
Without prejudice a contract will be deemed legal once both parties have consensus on pick-up/destination/price either verbally or in writing.
Our chauffeurs will always maintain the right to refuse any passenger who has excess luggage or has changed the number of passengers/destination without notification, particularly if the result would deem the vehicle unsafe or in breach of our licence constraints. A more appropriate vehicle should then be sort.
The renter will always indemnify Lazmar Limousines/Transfers from any damage or excess cleaning whether deliberate or unintentional. The chauffeur will always maintain the right of refusal to accept a fare.
Lazmar Limousines will not be deemed liable for missed flights or airline flight cancellations or late pick-ups due to unforeseen traffic congestion or accidents.
Fares
1. Our fares are based upon a direct
trip basis unless the "as directed" or Tour option is taken.
* Prices subject to change without notice, relocation fee may be included.

Some changes for 2008
Unfortunately due to the substantial increase
in fuel and the other transport related costs during the year we will have to
increase our prices. We will be reviewing the costs each Quarter now instead of
yearly due to the congestion and time factor problems. Unfortunately these steps
are unavoidable so we can maintain our services levels for you.
As from February 1 2008
1. The International pick up surcharge will be $ 25.00, helps cover airport
access costs and waiting time is anything up to 60 minutes.
2. The Domestic pick up surcharge will be $15.
3. Early morning pick up's, before 0500 and the late night pick up's,
after 2200 will be $50
4. Waiting time charges will also remain the same at approx $25.00 per 15
minutes.
5. Public Holidays will have a 25% loading.
6. All credit card clients will incur the 3% fee (Cabcharge = 10%)

Other impacts in 2008
Transfers from the Airport to City or City to Airport travel times are changing
on average they are taking 45 minutes due to congestion with traffic &
roadwork's this is only going to increase over the next couple of years
The back way to the airport of Sugar Mill Rd is now the governments' advertised
and sign posted alternate route, this is now becoming extremely congested and
cannot be relied upon to avoid the congestion to the airport. The week of the 17
December it was taking 45 mins from Nudgee Rd to the Airport via Sugar Mill Rd,
the Gateway or Nudgee Rd itself. The Gateway at Nudgee is hampered by roadworks.
There will be major traffic problems especially Milton Rd - Coronation Dr and
the surrounding suburbs, government reports at this stage advise to leave you an
extra 45 - 60 minutes.
Also the delays with check in times at the airport are also increasing.
Qantas at times is taking 45 to 60 minutes.
Jetstar are 45 minutes but prefer you to be there 60 mins before departure if
you are still in the check in row by the 45 min deadline they have refused to
process your check in

All public holidays incur a min 25% loading (50%
Xmas day).
Waiting time
2. Our fares do not include waiting time.
Waiting charges are to be negotiated at the time of reservation or solely at the discretion of the chauffeur, particularly if diversions are requested. (allow $1 to $2 per minute)
Note: A flat $25Aud
pick-up fee will apply to ALL international airport pick-ups &
$15 from Domestic airports (from Oct07)
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking at anytime subject to our terms and conditions. Please allow us enough time so as we may be able to accept other reservations and allocate your car to another chauffeur.
A full refund is possible, unless any of the below situations arise;
There
will be a full charge payable for any booking cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pick
up.
If
you miss your flight or if your airline decides to cancel the flight or it is deemed
unserviceable or redirected, a full charge (plus wait time)
will also be made after 2 hours waiting.
Any booking over one day hire require 3 days notice of cancellation otherwise the full amount will be charged.
"As directed" Hire min 4hrs
Full
charge will be made for all no-shows.
We require full credit card payment (most
credit cards accepted 3% service fee applies)
or (cabcharge 10%)
prior to pick
up, your card will be transacted the night prior to your journey.
Cash
bookings will not be accepted. (Cash payment is possible at our discretion and with
notification and credit card deposit of at least the equivalent quotation for 1 hour.)
Please
do not make a booking if you do not agree to all our terms and conditions.
If I am late (more than 10 mins) on any
fully prepaid booking ...the ride is FREE.
